We help plastic surgeons across the UK, US, Australia and Singapore attract better-fit patients through compliant, strategy-led content that protects your reputation and grows your practice. Before you spend a dollar, our free audit shows you where your marketing carries risk.

- Prepared by a senior consultant
- Checked against ASA, MHRA, GMC, HIPAA and FTC standards
The Problem
Your patients consult you
before you consult them
Patients are making decisions based on what they find online. If your digital presence does not reflect the quality of your work, the most qualified surgeon in the room loses the consultation to someone with a better content strategy.
Invisible Online
The Problem
A surgeon with half your experience shows up first in searches, on Instagram and in AI answers, while better-fit patients never make it to you.
Our Solution
Procedure content and a consistent social presence that put your credentials where patients are actually looking.
Wrong-Fit Patients
The Problem
Price-shoppers, unrealistic expectations and no-shows consume your consult time because the right patients are not finding you first.
Our Solution
Patient education that sets expectations before the consult, and follow-up that keeps serious patients warm, so the people in your chair arrive informed and ready to commit.
Hidden Compliance Risk
The Problem
Most practices carry live compliance risks right now: a named prescription-only medicine, testimonials a regulator would question, tracking pixels exposing patient data.
Our Solution
We audit every asset against your regulators' rules, then fix each issue by severity without stopping the flow of enquiries.
Facial Cosmetic Surgery · Honolulu, Hawaii · 4 Month Engagement
The Ferguson Clinic | Honolulu Hawaii
“I know what I have seen, and I have seen going from one consult a week to sometimes averaging at least once a day if not more.”
From one
consult
a week to
one a day
A quintuple board-certified facial cosmetic surgeon converted nine in ten consultations, but was not reaching enough patients to consult. A decade-deep patient database sat untouched, with no compliant way to contact it. We fixed the compliance foundation first, then turned that list into a reactivation engine written entirely in Dr Ferguson’s voice.
Google Analytics was passing form data to Google with no business associate agreement, and the privacy policy was a generic template pointing to a 404. We replaced it with a HIPAA-compliant notice, flagged the tracking for remediation, and moved every tool touching patient data behind a signed BAA before a single email went out.
We cleaned the list, lifting deliverability from 82% to 98%, and built a six-email sequence in Dr Ferguson’s voice. The first email had no offer and no booking link. It opened at 65%, the booking page had its biggest day of the month at 4x normal traffic, and three consultations were booked from an email that never asked anyone to book.
Four emails, 7,294 opens, a 46% open rate against a 25 to 40% target, and every send cleared HIPAA review. The pattern held across all four: plain notes in the surgeon’s own voice outperformed the ones built around an offer.
What We Do
Five services.
One compliance framework.
Everything we produce is checked against the rules for your market before it reaches you. In the UK, that means the CAP Code, Human Medicines Regulations and GMC guidance. In the US, it's HIPAA, FTC and state board requirements, and in Australia and Singapore, the equivalent local frameworks. Your sign-off becomes a check rather than a negotiation.

Surgical Conversion Audit
Find out exactly where your practice is losing patients and revenue, and where your marketing carries compliance risk, before committing to any spend.
Social Media & Patient Acquisition
Compliant, consistent content that builds your authority and converts the right attention into booked consultations. Quarterly video shoots produce a full quarter of content in one session.
Email & Patient Nurture
Keep prospective patients engaged between enquiry and consultation, and bring back the ones who went quiet. Written in your voice, reviewed against UK data protection rules or HIPAA before every send.
Physician Referral & Professional Positioning
Become the surgeon other doctors think of first when a patient needs referring. Referrals are the one channel no ad platform can switch off.
Patient Journey Optimisation
Fix the drop-off between first enquiry and booked procedure with content that prepares patients, answers the questions they are nervous to ask, and reduces no-shows.
The Audit
The consultation
is not where
patients decide.
This is.
Most surgical patients need seven touchpoints before they commit. By the time they sit in front of you, the decision is already made or already lost. The audit shows you where the decision is actually happening, where you are losing it, and what to fix first.
Practices using financing pre-qualification before the consult convert at 39%. The market average is 31%.
For a solo US surgeon, that gap is roughly $480,000 in forgone surgical fees a year. The audit tells you where your own gap sits.

FAQs
Straight answers on
plastic surgery marketing.
In marketing, a plastic surgeon can legally describe procedures, training, qualifications and what patients can expect, as long as every claim is accurate and can be substantiated. In the UK, that means following the CAP Code, GMC guidance and the ban on advertising prescription-only medicines. In the US, the FTC and state medical boards set the rules. We write to these standards from the start, so your sign-off is a check, not a negotiation.
Your current marketing often isn't fully compliant with advertising and privacy rules, and the gaps usually sit where you are not looking. The common risks are a prescription-only medicine named in a post, ads reaching under-18s, and tracking pixels passing patient data to ad platforms. Our audit checks every pixel, form, claim and product against the rules in your market and shows what to fix first. It is a marketing risk review, not legal advice.
Plastic surgeons get more patients online by being found for the procedures they want more of, then turning enquiries into consultations. That takes procedure content that answers patients' questions, a consistent social presence, email follow-up for people still deciding, and a booking flow that keeps them.
ContentClicks provides plastic surgeons with five compliance-led services: a Surgical Conversion Audit, social media, email nurture, physician referral and patient journey optimisation. Learn more about our marketing services.
