Evie Hamilton is Head of Technology at ContentClicks, where she builds the systems that keep a fast-moving marketing agency running. Her work sits between operations, engineering, and client delivery. A typical day might mean deploying a new service to the cloud in the morning, wiring up an automation workflow in the afternoon, and reviewing a client landing page before close. She has built billing integrations between the agency’s CRM and its payment platform, AI-powered data enrichment tools, and the content generation and publishing pipelines the agency runs on every day.
She brings more than a decade of enterprise data leadership to the role. At a major Australian telecommunications company she led the requirements analysis function for enterprise data management, ran teams of over 30 people, and delivered multi-million dollar digitisation programs. One initiative she analysed and built ongoing business intelligence for returned around 200 million dollars in benefits in its first year, work that earned her a company-wide finance award. She holds a Computer Science degree and keeps her skills current with certifications in AI, email marketing, and SEO, plus ongoing cyber security study.
At ContentClicks her focus is the technology behind compliance-first marketing for healthcare clients across Australia, the US, and Singapore. That means designing systems where the advertising and privacy regulations these clients operate under are built into the workflow rather than checked at the end. She works across web development, content automation, CRM, and AI tooling, and she documents what she builds so the rest of the team can pick it up and use it. Evie is based in Melbourne and works remotely.
