Grant Access to ContentClicks as your Marketing and Analytics Partner

Why this Matters: Granting access allows your marketing partner to manage your campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize your results – all while you maintain full ownership and control of your accounts

Section One: Facebook and Instagram

1. Access Your Business Settings

Access your Facebook business settings by hovering over your profile button

Navigate to Facebook

Hover over your Profile Logo in the top right hand corner

Click on “Settings, or Settings and Privacy”

Or Alternatively, go to https://business.facebook.com/ and click on “Settings” in the lower left hand corner

2. Navigate to the Page you want to Share

When settings load, navigate to Pages (Under account) and select the page you want to share

When Settings Load click on the “Accounts” heading

Then Click on Pages. You will see all the Instagram and Facebook Pages you own load to the right

Select the page that you want to share, in this instance I have selected the Content Clicks page

Select the Page you wish to Share, so in this instance I have clicked on “Content Clicks” but if your page is “ABC Healthcare” then you would click on “ABC Healthcare”

3. Add a Partner to Your Page

Look above where you have selected a page and you will see a button that says “Assign Partner” -> Click it

A pop-up will appear asking you to assign a partner by Business ID: Select the Business ID Option

A pop-up appears with a number of options for selection, these are detailed in the text on the webpage

A final Pop-Up now appears with the requirements for Partner Access. Here are the details to ensure smooth Analytics and Reporting and that all posting can be completed:

Required Permissions

Select these permissions when prompted to grant access:

Content - Create and manage content and ads
Insights - View analytics and performance data
Ads- Create and optimize advertising campaigns
Community Activity - OPTIONAL Review and respond to comments, manage unwanted content and report activity

Insert Content Clicks Business Partner ID of : 1635821233459814

Press “Assign” and access will be granted

Section Two: Google Analytics (Website Tracking)

1. Navigate to Google Analytics Settings

Set up a free Google Analytics account for your website at https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web, the insights you get are invaluable

Once you land on the Marketing Platform, ensure you Navigate to the Analytics Manager by clicking on the 4 Squares in the top right hand corner and selecting “Analytics”

Settings is a cog in the bottom left hand corner

You can then access settings by clicking on the cog in the lower left hand corner of your screen

2. Enter the Access Management Portal

In the settings bar click on Account Settings which will expand to show Account Access Management

When Settings Loads you can see the options on the middle of your screen

You will see an Option called “Account Settings”

Click on Account Settings and Further Options will Display

Click on the Option called “Account Access Management” and a portal will appear

3. Grant Access to the ContentClicks Service Account

In the top right hand corner of the Account Access Management Portal there is an Add User “+” button. Select this and then select “Add User”

Add the user: ga4-analytics-runner@contentclicks.iam.gserviceaccount.com

And tick the role Analyst

 

Then click the button to create the user.

4. Obtain Your Property ID

One last thing. We need your property ID to report on your website performance.

To get this you look at the top left of your screen, hover over the Google Analytics logo there and then click on the right hand Properties tab. Copy the ID number that is there.
