1. We deliver the scope you’ve paid for

Every month we agree a clear scope based on your Content Credits: content calendar, assets, channels and priorities.

If we don’t deliver the agreed in-scope work for that month, we will:

  • Prioritise and complete the missing in-scope work at our cost in the following cycle, and
  • Present a simple remediation plan in your review so you know exactly how we’re correcting course.

This applies to the agreed monthly scope only and includes one remediation cycle per issue — not an endless loop of rework.

2. We run a compliance-first process (without pretending to be your lawyer)

We specialise in regulated healthcare and operate with a compliance-first mindset.

For every asset we produce, we:

  • Apply our internal compliance-first checklist based on publicly available guidelines from bodies such as AHPRA/TGA, MOH/SDC, HIPAA/GDPR/PECR (as relevant), and
  • Flag any obvious risk areas for your review before content goes live.

If you (or your regulator/association) raise a reasonable, good-faith compliance concern about content we’ve created — for example, where you can point to a relevant clause or guidance:

  • We’ll revise or replace that specific content once at no additional charge, and
  • We’ll update our internal checklist so the same issue doesn’t repeat.

To be crystal clear:

When we say “compliance”, we mean content is prepared with reference to the publicly available guidelines we’ve agreed are relevant to your region and profession, using our internal checklists. We do not certify legal compliance and we are not responsible for regulator decisions. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

3. We own our mistakes — and you own the strategy changes

To keep this fair on both sides:

  • If we make a clear error against your approved brief, brand guidelines or agreed scope, we’ll fix it within one remediation cycle at no additional charge.
  • If your strategy, offers, or priorities change mid-month, we may propose a revised scope or additional Content Credits to accommodate the new direction, rather than re-doing previously agreed work for free.

That way, you’re protected if we drop the ball — but we’re not subsidising constant mid-stream pivots.

4. What we need from you for the guarantee to apply

Our guarantee relies on you being a true partner in the process. It applies where you:

  • Provide the inputs, access and information we’ve agreed (e.g. logins, brand assets, service lists)
  • Review and approve content within 5 business days where reasonably possible, and
  • Communicate strategy changes and priority shifts as early as you can.

If approvals or inputs are delayed, timelines and deliverables may shift. In those cases:

The guarantee may not apply to work affected by those delays. If this happens, we’ll flag it in writing so there are no surprises.

5. What the guarantee does not cover

To avoid any grey areas:

  • We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, patient numbers, leads or show-up rates.
  • Any examples of results we share are illustrative only, not promises.
  • The guarantee does not cover unlimited revisions, new campaigns that weren’t in the agreed scope, or work re-done purely because of a change of mind.
  • Final decisions by regulators or platforms (AHPRA, MOH, boards, ad networks, etc.) are outside our control.
